This smoothie is a delicious and beginner-friendly option that blends the earthy goodness of matcha with the creamy sweetness of banana and yogurt. It’s light, refreshing, and perfect for busy mornings or a midday pick-me-up—especially when you want something nourishing and easy to digest.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
½ cup (120ml) milk of choice (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
¼ cup (60ml) plain yogurt (dairy or plant-based)
Preparation
Step 1
Add the matcha powder, frozen banana, milk, and yogurt to a blender.
Step 2
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Optional: sprinkle a pinch of matcha on top for garnish.
