Hydrating and packed with natural electrolytes, this matcha coconut water refresher is a light and nourishing way to start your day or boost your energy mid-afternoon.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon matcha powder
2 tablespoons hot (not boiling) water
1 cup chilled coconut water
Ice cubes
A squeeze of lime (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl or mug to prevent clumps.
Step 2
Add hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy.
Step 3
Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the coconut water over the ice.
Step 4
Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the coconut water.
Step 5
Add a squeeze of fresh lime if desired.
Step 6
Stir, sip, and feel refreshed.
Optional: sprinkle a pinch of matcha on top for garnish.
