Cool, refreshing, and energising—this iced matcha latte is a favourite among matcha lovers and beginners alike. It’s perfect for warm days or when you want a chilled, feel-good alternative to coffee.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon matcha powder
2 tablespoons hot (not boiling) water
¾ cup cold milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)
Ice cubes
1–2 teaspoons maple syrup, agave syrup, or honey (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Sift the matcha into a small bowl or mug to prevent clumps.
Step 2
Add the hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy.
Step 3
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Step 4
Pour the cold milk over the ice.
Step 5
Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the milk.
Step 6
Add sweetener if desired, stir gently, and enjoy!
