Ingredients
1 cup
Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 handful
Spinach
1 tbsp
Chia seeds
1/2
Avocado
1 cup
Water or unsweetened herbal tea
Preparation
Add blueberries, spinach, avocado and chia seeds to a blender.
Pour in water or herbal tea.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust thickness with more liquid if needed.
